On October 2014, 100 Young Rotary members, aged 18 to 26 participated in our i4 Neuroleader Program. As we began the project, we found out that 97% of the participants had never undertaken a 360 feedback assessment.
We asked if they were interested in developing their leadership abilities and most of them agreed that leadership was of extreme importance in their current roles and for the future.
The astonishing piece of information we discovered was that less than 21% seek feedback on a regular basis… despite this - all participants acknowledged that it is essential to receive feedback if they want to become better leaders.
