Providing our customers with the best user experience is a priority for us. Since our offerings are web-based, there are certain system requirements that need to be in place for the assessments and related services to run smoothly.
Providing on-going technical and customer support is possible only when these 'recommended requirements' are met. Any requirements that fall out of the lists below may have limited support. For more details please refer to the 'Minimum Requirements' section.

In order to guarantee successful email delivery, it is highly recommended to use an email address and/or a service provider that does not enforce overly heavy spam, blocking, firewall or whitelisting filters.
If the facility in use is provided by a corporate, another private provider or if you are in doubt about the deliverability of our service communications to your email address, consult with your system administration for more information. Please note that if emails are not being delivered, it could be due to spam or whitelisting filters set by your service provider.
All emails sent from our system rely on our email provider for prompt deliverability. The following email addresses may appear in the sender section of our emails:
It is highly recommended for corporate and/or private email server administrators to check that the emails listed above are not blocked. Adding these addresses and/or the email domain of aboutmybrain.com into their whitelist will help guarantee email deliverability.
Finally, please be aware that any spelling mistakes in the email address is one of the most common reasons of undelivered emails. We recommend to double check email spelling before registration and/or sending rater invitations.

Internet Bandwidth
As our tools and services are web-based, a stable and persistent internet connection is required. Typical ADSL (8Mbps advertised speed) is sufficient. For mobile devices, typical 3G or 4G connection are required.
Security & Privacy
In most cases, configuring firewalls to allow access to our services is not needed. However, there is a small chance a firewall may need to be configured. If this is the case, please consult with your system admin before making any changes to the firewall.
Email Requirements
It is highly recommended using email address and/or service provider that allow the emails to deliver successfully. If the facility in use is provided by corporate or other private providers or if you are in doubt the deliverability to your email address, please consult your system administrator for more information.
Spelling mistake of email address is one of the most common reasons of undelivered email. We recommend double check of email spelling before registration.
Device Speed & Performance
Device speed will not usually affect our services or user experience. However, devices that are between 0 - 3 years old will work best and provide a smoother user experience. The speed and performance will vary greatly for any device that is older than 3 years.
Software
Other than the operating systems and browser requirements listed above, any modern and updated PDF viewer can be used to view the PDF files that can be downloaded from our website.
