What is the i4 Neuroleader™ Roadmap?
A visual framework designed as a canvas to help you explore sixteen human capacities across four core leadership competencies: Performance, Collaboration, Innovation and Agility. You can use it as a self-reflection tool or as a guide for conversations, coaching and workshops with others.
How does the 8-day experience work?
It’s a mini virtual workshop delivered by email. Each day, you’ll receive a short email focused on one aspect of the framework, along with a reflection prompt. It is separate from our general newsletter and you can opt out at any time.
How much time does it take each day?
Each email can be read in just a few minutes. The reflections are intentionally simple so they can fit into the rhythm of your day while still creating space for deeper thought.
Do I need a background in neuroscience?
Not at all. The experience is designed to be accessible and reflective rather than technical. The goal is to help you explore the ideas and see how they apply in your own life.
Is this really free?
