Our support team manages the process of sending out assessment invitations for certified practitioners. Read this FAQ and submit a request via the links provided in this article.
This portal is reserved for certified i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioners to manage assessment projects with their clients. You should have received access to your account during your personalised onboarding as part of the certification process. If you can no longer access your account, please contact us for support.
If you are a licensed i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner your resources are located in the same learn dashboard that you used to complete your certification.
If you have made a purchase via our shop, you can see your orders and invoices in this portal.

Quick FAQs
The i4 Neuroleader™ Assessments are completed through a unique link sent to your email within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. If you were invited by a practitioner, they will have shared an approximate date for when you can expect your email invitation. If you cannot find the email, search your inbox for About my Brain Institute, or check your promptions, junk or spam folders. If it is still missing, contact us and we will resend it.
Assessment results are sent as a PDF by email within 24 to 48 hours after the deadline specified in your original invitation email. If you need your report sent again, please contact us.
Not necessarily. Your password and email would have been set by you during account creation. Each account is in a separate system, so you need to keep track of the email and password you used for each account. If you have forgotten your email or password, you can use the recovery features on each page. If you still need help, please contact us.
If you cannot find an invoice in the billing dashboard, it is likely because your initial purchase was not made through our website. If you require a past invoice, contact us with the purchase date and amount, and we will supply you with the payment receipt or invoice.
On August 20th, 2024 we upgraded our services to a new platform and closed our old system. If you previously had access on another dashboard under the following web address (login.aboutmybrain.com) please read this FAQ to learn more about this transition and contact us to discuss your case.
