Encouraging people to tap into their creative thinking develops energy and willingness that leads to high engagement in the workplace. People are more creative when their leader gives them time and space and when there is an environment that promotes humour and laughter.

About the Animator
David Benhamou is an Australian 3D artist. Born in Sydney in 1988, he grew up in the Netherlands and Canada to then return to his hometown at the turn of the millennium. After finishing at the French school, he decided to follow his passion for art and his interests in film and fiction to pursue his studies and a career in graphic design
