Relmi Damiano is the Creative Director at the About my Brain™ Institute, co-founding it in Australia in 2009 with the vision of democratising leadership and neuroscience. Recently, she delivered a compelling TEDx talk titled “Biohacking Your Creative Self”.

Relmi has been instrumental in the creative direction and global operations of the About my Brain™ Institute. She has contributed to developing innovative products and educational content, producing events and exhibitions, and co-facilitating leadership, personal development, and well-being programs and retreats, leading to the certification of thousands of practitioners and coaches worldwide in the i4 Neuroleader™ Methodology through ICF CCE-accredited programs. Relmi was also the art director and producer of the award-winning documentary Make Me A Leader, a film that showcases how leaders can optimise brain and body performance to thrive in our new world.
