Dineshrie is recognized for her expertise in leadership and communication. She is an accomplished author, entrepreneur, internationally acclaimed speaker, and qualified accountant – CA (SA) and CIMA (FCMA) - who is on a mission to inspire people to embrace their true potential and empower them through voice. With over 15 years of experience delivering leadership training and communication programmes to Corporates within South Africa, Dineshrie has personally taught thousands of individuals through her live speaking mastery workshops, personal leadership programs, and individual coaching to overcome their fears, become better public speakers, ace job interviews, and find their inner confidence.
Her characteristic warmth, outgoing personality, and her passion for serving her community have made Dineshrie a sought-after speaker with her ability to connect to a diverse audience. She’s a Distinguished Toastmaster, and in 2020, she represented Region 11 (Africa and Saudi Arabia) at the Annual International Toastmasters Conference where she delivered her inspirational message of hope in a 20-minute talk entitled, “Humanity will rise as a force stronger than a disease.”
Dineshrie actively volunteers her time to take up leadership roles to serve and uplift others. In 2013 she was the Chair of the CIMA Gauteng committee, serving over 5000 member and students to help them reach their CPD goals. In 2012 she was the first Club President of CIMA Toastmasters club and played a pivotal role to helping that club to achieve Distinguished Status. She later played the role of Area Governor looking after 5 clubs within the Sandton area. As an ICF Member (ACC), more recently in 2021, Dineshrie took on the role of non-executive Director of ICF South Africa as Treasurer and during her 12-month tenure put into place much needed financial controls, polices and governance. She has also collaborated with the SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) for 10 years in the role of head judge of their prestigious annual competition 35 under 35 as well as hosted their monthly SAICA News Show. As the author of two books, Ignition: 3 Steps to drive from newbie presenter to expert speaker and The Contract with Yourself, Dineshrie aims to distil her +20 years of corporate experience into friendly, authentic, and straightforward advice that empowers readers to achieve greater personal and professional success.
In her free time, Dineshrie is committed to a lifestyle of health, fitness and wellbeing. When she’s not working up a sweat in the gym, you can find her with her dogs training them on a new dog trick or cooking up a storm using all plant-based ingredients. She is an avid traveller and enjoys meeting new people and immersing herself into a different culture. In her own words, “the more I travel, the more connections I find in our perceived differences.”
