About our Master Trainer

Emily Juricek is the i4 Neuroleader™ Master Trainer for New York City, United States representing the About my Brain Institute.

With more than 10 years of experience in executive coaching and managing a private practice, Emily has helped over 100 clients achieve their professional and personal goals. She is recognized for her expertise in helping clients secure internal and external promotions, as well as making significant career transitions.

Using various techniques in positive psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive restructuring, Emily opens up her client’s imagination to help them be more courageous in their life and career.  Many of her clients experience a greater sense of aliveness, personal leadership, and transformation through working with her.

Prior to becoming a coach, Emily worked in the corporate world as a Technical Account Executive and Recruiter.  She worked for two large international organizations, and served on the board of the International Institute of Business Analysts. During this time, Emily was invited to speak at various events and lead workshops on career advancement and transitions. The success of these experiences gave her the courage to start her coaching business in 2014.

Shortly after opening her private practice, Emily also became a leadership team member at Accomplishment Coaching, where she successfully led eight year-long programs, providing intensive life coach training.  She has experience leading across the US, including New York City, San Diego, Chicago, and Washington, DC. These trainings covered various areas including relationships, spirituality, finances, business/career, wellness, etc. During Emily’s work at the organization, she was known as a thoughtful, caring, and empathic leader.  Her humor and candor helped to both put people at ease and open them up to new possibilities. She is a very “hands-on” leader, making sure to meet people where they are and support them to rise beyond where they typically stop.

In 2016, Emily earned her Professional Coaching Credential (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She is currently working towards achieving her Master Coaching Credential (MCC). Outside of her professional life, Emily is a mother, spiritual enthusiast, and a certified Reiki Master.
